The house unfolds over three levels: The ground floor features a welcoming living room with an energy-efficient fireplace, an open-plan kitchen and a spacious dining area. An oak staircase leads to the mezzanine, where a second sitting area with a library provides a quiet corner for reading and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are in the mezzanine. The upper floor is home to three further bedrooms, each with its own distinct character. In front of the main entrance, a private courtyard offers a comfortable sitting area and an outdoor dining table.
